Depending on the plan selected, services may include:

- Email and SMS summaries
- Access to conversation history via mobile app and desktop browser
- Notifications of new enquiries and suggested follow-up actions
AI Staff HQ supports enquiry handling and responsiveness, but does not replace human follow-up or decision-making.

## 3. No guarantees
AI Staff HQ does not guarantee:
- a specific number of leads or enquiries
- bookings, jobs or sales
- revenue or business growth
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your service offering, pricing, availability and follow-up.

## 4. Pricing and billing
Pricing, setup fees and billing timing depend on the plan selected and are confirmed at the point of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise:
- setup fees are one-off and non-refundable
- subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- subscriptions run on a rolling month-to-month basis

## 5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription:

- via your account dashboard (where available)
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.
Your service will remain active until the end of the notice period. Fees already paid are not refundable.

- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Any discretionary arrangements agreed separately do not amend these Terms unless confirmed in writing.
